I understand that a $100 application fee is non-refundable and that I will be registered and enrolled in the program upon acceptance of my application and receipt of initial payment.

I understand that if I cancel after accepted but prior to the first day of class. I will be charged 15% restocking fees for any materials purchased but not used and for any advanced reading materials delivered to me in preparation for this course. All opened materials will be purchased.
