Classroom-Meeting Room Rentals
HyperLearning Technologies uses five classrooms, offering daytime and evening classes 6 days a week. These classrooms are also available for rent by corporate, academic, or government training facilities on a scheduled basis. Immediate, emergent training facility needs can often be met, if required. Sunday groups or classes can also be accommodated, if requested. Call, email, or fax for computer training classroom or meeting room availability information.

All equipment and the facility meets or exceeds Microsoft Level 5.5 requirements for a computer-based training classroom. For 32-bit Level 5.5, 2 GByte of RAM is required for Microsoft Dynamics courses which require more than one Virtual PC to be used simultaneously. HyperLearning Technologies' classroom computers are equipped with up to 4 GBytes of RAM. Our 64-bit workstation computer labs are equipped with 4-8 GBytes of fast RAM, and fast SataII 300 MB, 7200 RPM Disk drives (2 per computer). These run all VISTA and server 2008 applications comfortably. Our 64-bit Server labs are equipped with Quad-core Intel CPUs, 8-GBytes of fast Ram, 2 SATAII internal Disk Drives and facilities for two SATAII eSATA drives. These can be configured as RAID or as JBOD. Our classroom computer training computers EXCEED Microsoft's highest standards for 32-bit and for 64-bit training computers. These classrooms meet ALL of Microsoft's Level 5, Level 5.5, Level 6, and Level 7 training computer standards.
Ceiling mounted projectors
All classrooms are equipped with ceiling-mounted projectors with enough Lumens to provide full-visibility projection - without any form of room darkening.
Multi-media
All classroom computer training stations are multi-media DVD enabled with high-speed internet access. 64-bit computers are equipped with DVD-R to facilitate Vista Deployment training. Each classroom training computer is equipped with a high-quality headset, so individual multi-media labs can be accomplished without disturbing other students in the classroom.
Smart Card (CAC) Readers
All classrooms are fitted with Smart Card (CAC) Readers for DOD issued Common Access Cards (CAC).
12-16 student classrooms
The smaller classrooms are 12-16 student classrooms, equipped for lecture-based classroom training, meeting room, and/or table-top lab-based classes, such as networking, fiber-optics training and overhead projector presentations. It provides a very high-performance instructor computer for running demonstrations and computer-based presentations. It also provides a high-quality projector, large projection screen, and whiteboard. These are strategically positioned so the students can see both the whiteboard and the projection screen, while the instructor is doing white-board training.
18-20 student classrooms
The three larger classrooms are 18-20 student, fully giga-bit-networked computer lab complete with twelve to twenty student computers, one instructor computer and one lab server for ghosting and RIS images. This classroom will comfortably accommodate 20 students. The classroom offers ample room between rows, for comfortable seating and still provides room for student / instructor access to all computers, for over-the-shoulder training, tutoring, and show-and-tell. Computers are configured in pairs, to match most networking training scenarios. All classroom computers are equipped with matched, removable hard disk trays, to facilitate quick changes between classes. Each computer is equipped with three hard disk drives, to facilitate live, multi-spindle disk configurations and RAID training. SCSI disk drives and controllers are available, for show-and-tell, with hands-on experience with SCSI disk termination, ID configuration, and Microsoft Software RAID training in a SCSI environment. Lab equipment is available in each classroom to teach wireless networking in a real environment.
Eighteen-to-twenty students, fully networked computer classroom lab complete with individual student computers, one instructor computer and one lab computer for ghosting and RIS images:
- All stations are 64-bit core 2 duo, multi-media enabled with high-speed internet access
- Server labs are equipped with Quad-core computers, also with multi-media capabillities
- Internet access via two, separate Cox Business cable installations, each with 6Mb downstream and 2Mb upstream bandwidths. These internet connections can be configured as separate links - for different scenarios, or can be overlapped, in the event of an ISP connection failure on one of the WAN connections
- Four Dedicated static internet-facing IP addresses are available, if required for a specific training scenario
- The equipment and facility exceeds ALL Microsoft Level 4, Level 5, Level 5.5 Level 6 and Level 7 requirements for a computer training center.
- 4 GB memory (8 GB capable) in each computer.
- You specify the classroom configuration, and we can roll it out in 15 minutes.
