This one-day instructor-led course provides students with more advanced skills for managing e-mail, schedules, and contacts.

Target Student:
This course is intended for information workers who want to learn intermediate-level Outlook 2007 skills.

Prerequisites:
To ensure your success, we recommend you first have equivalent knowledge:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Basic file-management skills
  • Basic knowledge of the Outlook interface and Outlook item creation
