The courses are taught at two

HyperLearning Technologies, Inc. Can I take my Exams at TCC? Yes, you can take your Microsoft exams at TCC. Included in the programs are VUE / Prometric exam vouchers for each Microsoft exam. You can take the exam at Tidewater Community College ( TCC ) in Norfolk VA, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake VA, or any of the many other VUE / Prometric testing centers in the Tidewater area. Do you guarantee that I will pass the Microsoft certification exam, if I take the certification training? No. Most examinations do not have to re-taken. Normally, the student will know when they are ready for the exams. However, the instructors will work with the student to assist in preparing for the initial exam. The Veterans Administration will pay for all examination fees for Microsoft exams, including any retakes for those students who qualify for VA. Students who are enrolled in any of HyperLearning Technologies' "packaged" programs (MCDST, MCSA, MCSE) will receive ONE free HyperLearning 2nd Shot exam voucher for each missed exam, if necessary. 2nd shot exam vouchers are NOT available for students who enroll in courses one-at-a-time.
In all other cases, the student will have to purchase additional exam vouchers for retakes. Exam vouchers are available to our students from HyperLearning Technologies, at our discounted price. HyperLearning Technologies however, does offer the following "Guarantee:" We are dedicated to your CERTIFICATION (not just a certificate). If you have attended a class, and failed to certify, you will be permitted to retake the course as often as you wish, until you are successfully certified. We won't give up on you - unless you give up on yourself! There are caveats; there must be a vacant seat; you must make reservations, but you will not be assured a seat until the class meets; you must provide your own training media, if the version of the media changes, you must purchase the new training media; you must pay for consumables for labs that involve consumable lab materials. Do you guarantee that I can make it in the computer field? No. HyperLearning Technologies provides an equal training opportunity
for everyone, from "newbies" to gurus. We will not, however lead you on,
if, in our experience, you do not have the aptitude or the attitude to succeed.
We will not take your money - and we reserve the right to refuse training for
anyone who, in our opinion will be disruptive to the general well-being of the
rest of the class. This typically includes Hygiene issues, aptitude and
ability to learn at the speed required to complete the class, or attitudes which
would be disruptive of other's learning experiences. |
