N+ Certification Homework assignments, slides, and study materials for the Network+ class. N+ certification is required for all computer career paths.  In the past, skilled computer specialists were allowed to skip the N+ certification.  NO MORE!  New government rules, in DoD instruction 8570, require that all IT technicians and professionals who have any duties involving government computers, MUST have N+ certifications.  You may argue that your job is not with the government - but almost all IT jobs in the Tidewater Virginia area are, in some way, related to DoD requirements. And, you may decide to change jobs - and not having an N+ certification will severely limit your job offers.
