COVID-19 Update for HyperLearning Technologies, Inc.
In accordance with CDC directives, HyperLearning Technologies is taking the following steps to help students, faculty and staff remain healthy during this difficult period while allowing students to advance towards their educational goals
All existing classes will be held online; there will be no face-to-face in person classes. Classes will remain online until the situation resolves itself and we can safely return to instructor-led classes.
Professionally delivered instruction, curriculum, content, labs, quizzes and assessments for grading will remain the same.
Instruction will be synchronous with a live instructor for interaction with students
Students will receive eBook codes to access their text books online. ( Hardcopy books are available if desired. Students must make arrangements for pickup or shipping)
Students will receive eLab codes to access their labs if part of the curriculum.
Students will need to have internet access and headphones with a microphone in order to participate in the class.
HyperLearning has received official notification from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as follows:
“The new law allows for VA to continue to pay benefits regardless of the fact the program has changed from resident training to online training. Also, students will continue to receive the same monthly housing allowance payments that they received for resident training until January 1, 2021, or until the school resumes normal operations of resident training.”
This is a fluid situation and the above steps may change.
In the meantime, we must all take steps to reduce the risks and the extent of the virus.
